IDEA - Dan Patrick should maybe look at himself instead of blaming abortion and video games

Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick told ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos on "This Week" Sunday, "We have devalued life, whether it's through abortion, whether it's the breakup of families, through violent movies, and particularly violent video games"

Aaaaand here's Dan Patrick's part in militarizing our society...

"While some might take Patrick's holiday cheer at face value and even applaud it, as others roll their eyes at the largeness and PR overtones of the gesture, perhaps the more notable fact of the tree installation is that it should be taken as fulfilling a campaign promise: Patrick's campaign website still contains a page entreating its visitors, "Some people are trying to keep their fellow Texans from saying "Merry Christmas" in certain public places. I need your help! Sign up and stand with me as we continue to stand for Christmas!" Even if the page primarily seems designed to capture supporter data, that tree in the Senate counts as delivering a big blow in the war, even as it illustrates that said war is political enough to make it into the campaign."

Maybe everything should stop being a "war on something", like with the whole if you say "Happy Holidays", then you are waging a "war on Christmas" thing, anyone wanna try that? I mean, maybe, if we're not normalizing "war" as a solution to everything, then maybe these men won't see themselves as soldiers and everyone else as targets.

Some of these imbeciles should go and READ THEIR RESPECTIVE "STATE'S PREAMBLE" and learn how to respect and honor it.

Republican are too busy trying to relive the past, and stagnate the future, and continually trying to find ways to defeat public programs so as to ensure nothing benefit minorities, even if it means sacrificing some poor whites to destitution and despair, as long as the goal of trying to deny programming to minorities is their target.

TRUTH SHOCK'S those who'd like to deny it.... TRUTH ENLIGHTENS AND FREE UP PEOPLE WHO EMBRACE IT.

Republican have shown a continual dislike for TRUTH.... the Truth of Republican Ideology, is a made up of ideals that are vile against the democracy of this nation and insults the very preamble of many states, who's constitution is support to meet the ideals of its Preamble.

That's what clown's like this should go and learn. Its not about his greed, bigotry and right wing silliness of trying to recreate the past. The future is shaped by understanding the dynamics of what its composed of in its present format and mold it for the future it will evolve into being.

Republican need to learn some stuff:
Nobody stopped the building of automobiles, because it was impacting Horse Ranchers and their Sales. We made regulatory guidelines and regulatory system to deal with automobiles and it did not people from being Horse Ranchers.

Dan Patrick (or any Gundamentalist, for that matter) cannot see the facts staring him in the face: THE MILITIA IS NOT WELL-REGULATED.

when schools were utterly safe, I suggest reading the first chapter of Farmer Boy by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
