Developments in the replacement of Eric Schneiderman as NY-AG

NYS Legislature (Assembly + Senate voting as individuals) expected to appoint Acting AG Barbara Underwood for remainder of term.

At this weekend's Democratic State Convention, Governor Cuomo will support NYC Public Advocate Letitia James as Democratic Nominee for the November election.
