The Lt. Governor of Texas said a way to lessen school shootings is to have

fewer doors in schools. I think the only way to stop a bad guy with a door is with a good guy with a door. I'm going to the closet store tomorrow and load up. They will have to pry those powder coated, vented, shiny knobbed doors from my cold, dead hand.

Limit the entrances and exits? Oh yeah, that’ll work. Especially if a fire breaks out, somewhere inside the building, and depending on the size of the student body, maybe 300 to 3500 kids would panic trying to get out - and many wouldn’t make it!
