Twenty years at $174,000 gross salary, on which he paid no taxes (busy man, can't remember everything), plus another $4 million in bribes, er, I mean, "speaking fees," plus his original net worth, minus maybe $100K a year living expenses that taxpayer perks did NOT cover, and yeah, he's the $6 million man. Worthy of a TV series, if you ask me!

success with money, he was put in charge of the country's finances? Bob Corker did an even better job of enriching himself while in office. He entered the job deeply in debt, and is now one of the richest people there. Pays to get put on those "special committees" Bunch of crooks in the gop, so of course they are propping up their con man president. Once he is taken down, they will swear that he is a dem.

"Wo kein Richter, kein Henker." Where there is no judge, there is no hangman.

In other words, when the Republicans run things, they will make sure (Mueller is a big fly in the ointment of their scheme) that there is little to no investigation of their misdeeds. If they are not investigated, they will not be prosecuted. If they are not prosecuted, they cannot be convicted. As we saw after Nixon, their little scheme doesn't protect all the bad guys all the time.

Sounds like he paid off some debts...a big mortgage, a summer home. Boom...your net worth increases a lot. Add to that the increased value of his home, and it's easy to gain a lot in net worth. Not THAT much, but a lot.

$6,000,000 - 393,000 = 5,607,000

divide by 19 => 295,105 per year.

He would have to be saving 295,000 out of a salary under $200 K per year. Unless his "investments" grew something like 15 times in 19 years.

The $393k net worth...there's something odd about that. He's bound to have had a retirement account, family money (he comes from wealth), and he still lives on the same street, so he hasn't paid a lot of money for a fancy new house (although I bet he has a vacation home that's pricey).

If he paid off house and other debts, his net worth could have doubled instantly. Only 5 million left to account for!

I have no doubt that Ryan is on the take, and will be leaving Congress for some cushy board positions that pay a lot just to have his name and connections.

Ryan is all about money. Not that there's anything wrong with money. But money is his primary concern, I think.

when we lose a parent and need SS benefits.

SS survivor benefits kept my Mother and my two teen brothers and I off the streets when my father died of heart failure at age 42 in 1975. He did not have life insurance. I was able to start college and even though it took me 20 yrs, I finally finished my degree. My mother worked in a factory doing piece work and it about killed her to continue to work with three teens at home but we were able to stay in our home and finish high school and go to community college. If we didn't get that SS, we would have been homeless.

carry on.

He may be crying
Because you can see,
Just like me.
There are question for him....
Has he sinned?

Where did the money come from?
How did he get it to come?
And what was all that for?
That he did to get so much more..

Did he commit a crime?
Because he is a slime..
He wants to leave now.
Without telling us how...

Did he get so much money?
It isn't even funny ...
He wants to go away.
And has his fine day...
And spend some of his money..

But this info you see.
Is not for you and me..
Cause questions will come,
Where the money came from.
Cause if we all take a look,
And open the book....
we could find......,,,,,'
That he is a...."real crook".................................THANK YOU, THANK YOU
