"THE CRIMINAL IN THE WHITE HOUSE".....Ivanka Trump's brand continues to win foreign trademarks in China and the Philippines, adding to questions about conflicts of interest at the White House.
Trumps gang knows, all we are going to do is crack a few jokes, throw a litany of sarcasm, and go on back to our daily lives, and the media will help, by switching to another drama story, as "we" accept the criminal conduct that has been going on since before the election and escalated since the election. so... why should they care about anything except expanding their Profit Games. We are far too passive to do anything, beyond our normal process, of crack a few jokes, throw a litany of sarcasm, and go on back to our daily lives.
Democracy as we may have once thought is changed, and the Plutocracy with dictatorial premise is full on underway.... !!!!

That is in addition to your previous posts about our inferior responses to all the other horrors of the trump era, which you habitually characterize as simply being jokes and sarcasm.
Just an aside, no, our response is not simply to "crack a few jokes" or "throw a litany of sarcasm," and no one is accepting the criminal conduct of the trump mob.
But do tell us, please, what YOU are doing that is so superior to the work the rest of us are doing. What miraculous response do you have which makes you feel our responses are so inferior?

(870 posts)the media spins a story for a day or so, and we say a few things, then a day or so more they spin another story and we say a few things... and the cycle continues.... The end result is.. Republican are doing exactly what they want to do.
Now, if you don't see that, I'm sorry .... that you'd rather get agitated because the bulk of what we do is crack a joke, say a few sarcastic things.. and the end result remains the same... Trump and his gang does what they want... and we come to accept it and move on about our daily lives. and Society become changed, and we have no proactive narrative to challenge it.

"I write about it, and TRY TO PROMOTE "INTERACTIVE NARRATIVE" TO KEEP THE FOCUS MOVING FORWARD RATHER THAN BEING DROWNED OUT BY 'INCESSANT MEDIA TOPIC SWITCH".... or just pushing it to the side with a joke. I don't see it as a joke or a joking matter, I see what Republican are doing as a direct and deliberate attack on Democracy, with absolutely no respect for or of Democrats... They ignore the jokes and keep doing what they do. When we mount a challenge that continues with expounding upon Narrative, and it eats into their voter base, only then will they regard us as a formidable challenge. A bully has never backed up from one who is silent or cracks a joke, they only stand back when they are met with a challenge of substance they can't overcome. The more we grasp that fact, the better equipped we are to deal with the bully mentality and the bully acts of Republican.
We are a society with a great amount of selective Amnesia, even in the daily circle of people, when any effort is made to get them to "voice their views", expound upon their thoughts, and share those thoughts... so people don't easily forget, and people can share it with more people to help them not forget".... It often runs into lackluster to no response.
When I talk about cracking jokes and a few sarcastic words, it not just something I see in this site, I see it and hear it in daily reality. It gets even worst in some cases, because there are a great many people who not only don't read, they won't even discuss the details of their thoughts. Sometimes, even with some who do, and certain things are brought up, I've heard it countless times, of people saying "Oh, yea, I forgot all about that".
So... if you want to respond, why not address the subject matter, which you did not. instead you feel intimidated and voice that, but nothing about the issue of the "Criminals in the White House"...
Yet, you want to ask me, what am I doing... Well... I'm generating subject content, and will expound upon subject content as I generally do. Because I care to have a "Democratic Driven Narrative" rather than one that submits to the Republican Narrative.
I've written much content on site where there is massive Right Winger Mentality, they are far less timid than the people on this site. They will engage rebuttal that addresses their perspective... which is fine with me, because it give more to counter with a Democratic Narrative of Perspective to dispel what they put forth.
Nothing seems to arouse people in this site to discuss things and promote subject matter narrative, other than attacking the writer when they feel intimidated.
By now, it should be very clear... that I'm not intimidated by any of you, regardless of how long you've been on this site.
I care about a Democratic Driven Narrative being Promoted... and whom every does not like it, I truly don't care, I will continue to do so, and I will continue to address the lackluster engagements and disdain for creating and expounding upon dialog, many to me act more like they are in some competition, rather than "interactive engagement for the promotion of dialog to push the Democratic Agenda and Narrative. I find that very sad.

1. If you expect people to engage try posting something worth commenting on rather than telling DU how pathetic we are
2. Go back to your right wing sites. You obviously are happier there.

(870 posts)was "formidable challenge" by the promotion of Democratic Narratives... which the Republican could no overcome, and that challenge and that narrative led to the exposure, of the whole mess of Benghazi being Republican responsibility. when that fact dominated the narrative and met their challenge.. They shut up about it, and would not even bring it up anymore.
so, if you guys don't see the benefit of narrative, that's your choice.

(870 posts)I address subject matter whether anyone responds or not. So... if you think you are hurting me by not dealing with subject content... or not responding because you are not coddled and patronized, you over-estimate yourself....
I know people come to read sites that are not necessarily members of sites, and If I can discuss something that give them something to reflect on, engage or bring into their public circles, then that's fine. I hope much do reach the people who are undecided.... nothing is written just for the people who are members of this site, and that's a fact some seem not to grasp.
1000's of people turn 18 everyday in America....and many more 1000's who have never voted or been concerned about political matters of party promotion narratives everyday, become concerned... and seek out commentary that they can work with... if you choose not to give or provide it, that's your choice. but your choice won't change my my choice.
so... attack as it satisfies you, and I'll continue doing what I do.... still.

A trademark is a source identifier that, generally speaking, is earned by use of the mark in commerce.
Registration makes it easier to protect the rights earned by use.
In the US, if you are not actually using the mark as a source identifier for the goods or services, you can't register it. In China you can register marks without an intent to use, BUT, if you try to enforce a mark you are not using against someone who is using it, you will have to provide documentation of actual use.
A trademark registration is just that - a registration. The rights derive from the use of the mark to identify where the goods came from. If where the goods came from is crap - the mark is worthless.
Of all of the things to be worried about - this isn't one of them.
