It is not made clear in the article but even though this rescue took place in France I am guessing that those comments were from the Fox website in the US.

The hate for that type of reply to a childs life being saved is deeply ingrained. Eventually trumps presidency is going to end either by him resigning, impeachment, voted out or term limit. Republicans at some point are also going to be voted out of a majority.

I don’t see how reconciliation with these folks is going to be possible. I don’t see how we ever go back to sharing control of Congress between Dems and Repub.
