The crimes that will be charged will be enumerated and will include things like conspiracy, money laundering, FARA violations and perhaps many others. Robert Mueller doesn't need you or anyone else to tell him how to define the criminal acts that Trump & Co. committed.

Perhaps she would prefer more accurate terms than the “collusion” shorthand?

Bribery, perjury, campaign finance, treason.

And nobody explain to me that “it isn’t treason because Russia’s not our ‘enemy’ as required by the Constitution.’l If Russia’s not our enemy, then why do we have 4,000 nuclear missiles pointed at them and why did the Rosenbergs get the death penalty for giving them secrets?

Conspiracy to engage in a crime is also a crime. People keep saying collusion, but the crime is actually conspiracy to tamper with a federal election.
