trump is in my hometown tonight, nashville....raising money for marsha blackburn

two of the most despicable people I've observed in my lifetime.

Trump heads to red Tennessee to help GOP salvage a key Senate seat

President Donald Trump travels to Tennessee on Tuesday to aid Republican efforts to win a tight Senate race critical to the fight to control the chamber in November's midterm elections.

The president will hold a fundraiser and campaign-style rally in Nashville to boost GOP Rep. Marsha Blackburn and attempt to knock down Democratic former Gov. Phil Bredesen. They are vying for the Senate seat currently held by Republican Sen. Bob Corker, who declined to run for a third term.

Making things more complicated, Corker hasn't given a full-throated endorsement to Blackburn, and he has said he considers himself a friend of Bredesen's.

Polls have shown a close contest between Blackburn, a longtime member of Congress who has run as a staunch Trump supporter, and Bredesen, a two-term governor who last won a statewide election in 2006. Bredesen hopes to win a seat in a state that last had a Democratic senator in the mid-1990s.

4. Twitter pulls Marsha Blackburn's Senate campaign ad over 'sale of baby body parts' line

May 2018
Republican U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn's online video announcing her campaign for U.S. Senate has been blocked in any Twitter advertisements after the social media company objected to a line that refers to the lawmaker stopping the "sale of baby body parts."

Blackburn's campaign announced Twitter's decision on Monday after a representative from Twitter informed her campaign that the line "had been deemed an inflammatory statement that is likely to evoke a strong negative reaction." The language violates Twitter's policy for advertisements, the company said.

"If this is omitted from the video it will be permitted to serve," a Twitter representative said in an email to a political ad agency working for the campaign.

But he is such an idiot he won't be able to give up the opportunity
to put his foot in his mouth and make a fool of himself as usual.

and wondering how I’m going to get home from work with road closures for that shitgibbon.

He and blackburn are both dripping with the stench of mendacity. She is using her “exposure” of the proven false Planned Parenthood fetal parts sales as part of her platform.

Spanone, you are right on target— they are both abhorrent, and both turn my stomach.

He was a bipartisanly popular governor and has run a tight campaign so far.

Fingers crossed.

I’m terrified of the gubernatorial race, however...
