court procedure, but that picture shows Michael Cohen as the plaintiff. Shouldn't he be the defendant? I know I'm missing something if someone could explain. All my limited knowledge comes from watching The People's Court as a kid.

that the search warrant violated attorney client privilege?

And the decision therefore was the US defending themselves against the motion to suppress from the plaintiff, Michael Cohen?

I'm not a lawyer but that's my best guess.

11. My educated guess as to what most of these 1,025,363 items are: text messages.

From the filing:

The Plaintiffs and Intervenors have submitted designations for the electronic contents of
three phones from the May 11th production and approximately 1,025,363 items from these
phones
have not been designated privileged or highly personal by the parties. Subject to final
verification by the Special Master, the items that have not been designated will be released to the
Government on May 30th.

On most phones, people will have text messages more than any other user generated item, photos, videos, music, etc.

I had a friend that never cleared out his email box and had 500,000 emails and it was an account that he wasn't really using anymore.

Same with Hillary's large number of emails.
