Sheboygan Police arrest suspected toilet clogger

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WBAY) - For more than a year, someone was clogging the toilets at Deland Community Center by pushing a 20-ounce soda bottle into the pipes, causing thousands of dollars' worth of damage and for repairs.

On Memorial Day, police arrested a 33-year-old man identified with the help of a citizen's tip.
The case was forwarded to the district attorney's office for prosecution.
