Is going to declare victory on this. He’ll claim - with no facts to back him up- that some of his trade or tariff policies will eventually collect that from Mexico.

If any Repub had a shred of backbone they would reject any budget requests for the wall and ask him to get the funding from Mexico - like he promised repeatedly in the campaign.
