Trump lawyers sent special counsel letter arguing President can't obstruct Russia probe

No matter how they try and twist the system in America, Trump is not above the Law.... and for Trump and His Attorneys to even attempt to try and promote such, they each should be tried and convicted of subversive activities against America.

The asshole Republicans and Trump should realize "TRUMP IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW" -
It's unfortunate that as such craziness continues, the whole of America may find that "blunt force" becomes the means to put this madness to rest. That may sum up to become necessary for Real American Justice to come into being, that this comes out as being charges of Treason and Subversive Acts Against America, By Republican and Trump...bringing the stiffest penalty that Treason has under law, be enforced.

3. Rule of law implies that every person is subject to the law, including people who are lawmakers, law

Rule of law implies that [bevery person is subject to the law], including people who are lawmakers, law enforcement officials, and judges. In this sense, it stands in contrast to an autocracy, dictatorship, or oligarchy where the rulers are held above the law.
Lack of the rule of law can be found in both democracies and dictatorships, for example because of neglect or ignorance of the law, and the rule of law is more apt to decay if a government has insufficient corrective mechanisms for restoring it. Government based upon the rule of law is called nomocracy.

All government officers of the United States, including the President, the Justices of the Supreme Court, state judges and legislators, and all members of Congress, pledge first and foremost to uphold the Constitution. These oaths affirm that the rule of law is superior to the rule of any human leader

Guiliani and any of the Lawyers associated with Trump, including Trump as President and Other Republican who try to put the President above the law should be placed before a firing squad, for seeking to usurp the United States of America's Constitution and the Judicial Basis which it supports and equally so, the Judicial Basis supports the Constitution. This is subversive conduct

Subversion (Latin subvertere: overthrow) refers to a process by which the values and principles of a system in place are contradicted or reversed, an attempt to transform the established social order and its structures of power, authority, hierarchy, and norm (social). Subversion can be described as an attack on the public morale and, "the will to resist intervention are the products of combined political and social or class loyalties which are usually attached to national symbols. Following penetration, and parallel with the forced disintegration of political and social institutions of the state, these loyalties may be detached and transferred to the political or ideological cause of the aggressor". Subversion is used as a tool to achieve political goals because it generally carries less risk, cost, and difficulty as opposed to open belligerency. Furthermore, it is a relatively cheap form of warfare that does not require large amounts of training. A subversive is something or someone carrying the potential for some degree of subversion. In this context, a "subversive" is sometimes called a "traitor" with respect to (and usually by) the government in power.

We are NOT a dictatorship, nor an Autocratic System and we are not a government ruled by Oligarchy.

America should treat the Republican Party, exactly how the Nazi Party was abolished from Germany Government.

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, NOT EVEN THE PRESIDENT: ATTORNEY GENERALS AND THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

4. Subversion is taken from the term Sedition....

If subversion fails in its goal of bringing about a coup it is possible that the actors and actions of the subversive group could transition to insurrection, insurgency, and/or guerilla warfare.

The word is present in all languages of Latin origin (see seditio), originally applying to such events as the military defeat of a city. As early as the 14th century, it was being used in the English language with reference to laws, and in the 15th century came to be used with respect to the realm. The term has taken over from "sedition" as the name for illicit rebellion, though the connotations of the two words are rather different, sedition suggesting overt attacks on institutions, subversion something much more surreptitious, such as eroding the basis of belief in the status quo or setting people against each other.

How much do we care to truly know and name what we see for what it is?

Only when we think it through and stand for what we claim, will we find the words and information to call something exactly what it is.

American is under attack.... It is today, no different than the ongoing war fought in political realms, by the same Confederate Ideologist of the past. The mere presence of their existence in today's society, is "sedition", and they are themselves traitors.

Sadly, we are far weaker than the ancestry who fought the Confederacy on the open battle fields of bullets and cannon balls, and we've allowed them to amass their battalions within our own United States Congress as they wage War Upon the Democracy created by the Union's historical battles that Declared America as the United States of America that it is today.

Weakness won't sustain such a Democracy, not will it be sustained by the fear of calling out its own internal foe. We as Americans for Democracy, must know and proclaim the fight against the villainous assaults it has become under siege by a Republican Congress and a Rabid Authoritarian Minded Republican President.

The world is watching to see if we truly have the strength in our society to be and remain being a Democracy for ALL the American people.

5. We may not be strong enough to remain being the Democracy we once claimed to be

We've allowed time and time the Republican system to take us downwards, even after the mass devastation Bush created, we again allowed Republican to overtake Congress, and again, we allowed Republican to Occupy the Presidency. We continue to allow Republican's to gain too many seats in State Governor positions and we allow Republican to continue to weaken states within State political offices.

We get weaker and weaker as time moves forward, and yet we pretend its not happening, when it continue to happen over and over and over.

We get lulled into accepting it, and then trying to pretend that we have not.... but actual events tell us everyday, by example what we've come to accept, by its mere existence and our inability to put up a formidable fight.

6. Subversive Activity
Sun Jun 3, 2018, 02:11 PM

Subversive Activity — Anyone lending aid, comfort, and moral support to individuals, groups, or organizations that advocate the overthrow of incumbent governments by force and violence is subversive and is engaged in subversive activity. All willful acts that are intended to be detrimental to the best interests of the government and that do not fall into the categories of treason, sedition, sabotage, or espionage will be placed in the category of subversive activity.

We sadly allowed this, when we gave away the Congress and allowed the Republican to place an Imbecile in the White House in Trump's Presidency.
We even allowed Trump to change the votes necessary to place a Supreme Court Justice,

Yet, we would not support Obama taking the extreme actions that were necessary to move his Supreme Court Nominee forward.

Democrats better figure it out, because continually coming to a street fight with a olive branch, while Republican bring every lethal weapons they can find. They keep kicking our assess, and we keep playing the "let's use the olive branch" and crack a few jokes... and Republican step over it and do exactly what they want. We crack a few more jokes, and then attack if and when any Democrat discussed the dire need to promotes the necessity of promoting Democratic Narratives and using these Narratives to strengthen the Democratic Outreach and get its own base motivated to put out narrative, rather than crack jokes at Republicans Narrative, while Republicans still Dominate the Public Narrative and as long as they dominate the narrative, they strengthen their voter base and expand it.

Still we'd rather attack anyone who points this fact out and address it in commentary. It's INSANITY.

We currently don't have any Democratic Politician with the Stratagem that LBJ had.
