Democrats, in turn, will partially paralyze Trump's deplorable agenda.
this will work out fine for Trump, who will simply go golfing 20% more, which is what he wants to do anyway.
he'll golf a lot and publicly bloviate as needed and accomplish nothing whatsoever.
the American people will like it, since there's little we hate more than functional government, and re-elect him in 2020 (unless he's removed from office or resigns before then).
