Should the 2006 GOP Congress be charged with premeditated murder of the USPS?

As most of you know the USPS is required by GOP law to fit their narrative that the federal government is bankrupt and is cruelly forced to pay future retirement funds for 75 years in a ten year window even though the federal government had already taken 50 -60 billion dollars from the USPS in years prior,

Now the SCOTUS in its infinite "wisdom" ruled in Citizens United that corporations are people. If someone tries to kill a corporation they should be charged with murder then!

And by extension what of Mitt Romney who by his very admission has stated that corporations are people and has driven them to their deaths?
