I hate to say this
but how does the forced separation of children from their parents and incarcerating them not pave the way for future radicalization and terrorist attacks by these parents or by the children when they grow up?

2. I've thought about that a lot over the last few days, and we are creating
a generation of children with trauma we caused. Some may eventually become part of the US. Who would want to be dealing with the extra challenges caused by this? Only the very best people.

3. BTW,Reagan and his Hench-men tried that in
El Salvador by killing the males in Villages leaving the Women and their Children to fend for them selves. Think MS 13,it is all about human Survival .
Worked with Vietnamese ant Thia's who came from the Camps in Asia, same damn thing,it is all about survival. BTW,one of the best outreach programs of ACORN. |

4. You're Not the Only One Who Has Thought This
The whole world is watching and making their own conclusions as well.
26 years ago, rethugs promised a shining city on a hill. Now they give us concentration camps for children. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

6. It does.
trump and co. are manufacturing the terrorists that will continue to keep the military-industrial complex in business for decades to come. I'm sure it's part of their plan.

7. Terrorists are outliers. Vast majority of humans don't resort to violence
When confronted by tribulations.

9. Agreed
But they haven't stopped separating them and they're still detained. I wasn't suggesting they'll all be terrorists... they wouldn't all have to be. The more they lock up, the more likely it is to happen though.

10. Subject enough humans to tribulations
And you're virtually guaranteed to run across two or three "outliers." According to the report I saw tonight on NBC Nightly News, we're holding just short of 12,000 minors in detention. One half of one percent of that number is 60. And we're on course to put another several thousand in detention. Spin the wheel enough times, and you're sure to hit the house number.
But, I suppose that little game leads to more expenditures for defense and security, which lines the pockets of many of the "right" people. |
