For lawyers on du

Is there anybody or any organization who would have standing to bring forth a lawsuit for human right violations or kidnapping or breaking any number of rights in the constitution ?
Is there any legitimate case to be made or would the administration be able to claim it's the law they are applying with zero-tolerance ?
