Not So Fast, You Republican Bastards

If you fuckers think your “pResident” signing that useless executive order today just made the issue of kidnapping children go away, think again.

The oozing, stinking, toothpaste that Trump created is now out of the tube – and all the empty rhetoric in the world won’t shove it back in.

Until every single child currently being held in Trump’s Kiddie Koncentration Kamps is reunited with their parents, he and his enablers will be held responsible for their mistreatment and their emotional torture.

The lead-up to the November midterms will be open season on every Republican seeking election or re-election, and the photos and audiotapes of traumatized kids will be used, to great effect, to demonstrate exactly who Republicans are, and what they have supported and defended.

The only reason most GOP politicians have even reacted at all to the incarceration of innocent children is the “bad optics”, the “this doesn’t look good” aspect of what’s happening. You’re not the least bit interested in the welfare of innocent children or their devastated parents – your only interest is covering your own ass before voters go to the polls this fall. And that truth is blatantly obvious.

So your “pResident” scribbled his name on an executive order – after screaming that it was something he couldn’t do. That’s right – the man who has stated that he has the power to pardon himself for crimes against the country claimed repeatedly that his hands were tied when it came to reversing a policy that he himself created. And then he did.

This issue will haunt Republicans in November 2018 and in November 2020 – and even beyond. No one is going to forgive – and Democrats are going to ensure that no one forgets. Count on it. The decades-old photos and films of German extermination camps still evoke incredible anger to this day. Are you really stupid enough to think that months-old photos and films of children being caged like criminals won’t have the same impact in November?

So if you’re a Republican thinking about running for office anytime soon, you’d best be aware that your “pResident” has tied an anchor around your neck, and your chances of keeping your head above the political waters is now somewhere between zero and nil. If you’re counting on your bigoted, racist “base” to vote for you, you might want to look at the numbers – even the brain-dead draw the line at putting children in cages.

We know who you are, we know what you are – as does the entire world. And your dumbass “pResident” has now handed the Democrats a weapon we can beat you over the head with – and we will – repeatedly, consistently, and with the kind of enthusiasm that gets even the most reluctant voter to the polls. Even the staunchest Trump supporter can be persuaded to turn on a party that imprisons children, toddlers, and babies.

If you think you’ve now successfully walked away from your crimes against humanity, think again. You’re involved in these crimes up to your lying necks – and everyone knows it, except you.

But by all means, Republicans – please proceed. Keep telling yourselves that your “pResident” has saved your sorry asses by pulling out his minuscule, flaccid dick in order to piss on the conflagration he himself ignited. I'm sure that'll work.

The Republicans are politically fucked.

Not returning the children already taken from their parents is no solution, though I’m sure they think we won’t notice. I’ve heard almost nothing else on MSNBC all day.

should have that quote run in an ad with the children crying, the pictures of kids in cages, questions of "where are the girls?" and pointing out that they... did... nothing.

Like a millstone, it should be.

One thing this past week has done: turned us from demoralized to outraged. We are fuckin' steaming mad now.

Everything that rethugs have done is inexcusable, but this time they committed a crime against humanity: incarcerating and torturing children. This one isn't going to go away.

The reason I say this is because I've been having a FB battle with people from my home town in TN. They posted an article from Daily Caller with pictures from Brietbart as evidence the media is lying and Trump is telling the truth.

NOTHING I have linked to for them or said has swayed their opinion that the parents are responsible for this and they are the reason the families are being split up. All of them are allegedly Christians who, and I quote, "Love Jesus, my lord and Savior." Apparently, loving him is enough. Following his teachings is not required.

They are not persuaded that Trump has done anything wrong. They believe there is a law that says he has to do this that was signed by GW Bush.

It's quite hopeless in many, many cases.

Some weeks ago, the ICE/DOJ directed all immigration judges and courts staff nationwide to allocate 6 weeks in the summer and early fall for a remote deployment to the SW border states. Minimum 2-weeks at a time. Not optional. Mandated. And, this was weeks ago. At the same time all Fed supported legal representation for minors and asylum seekers was withdrawn.

What we have seen in the last week or so seems to have been all planned-out and scripted. This script of a movie that doesn't end well for the "innocent". Don't let down your guard. The Vampires who rule us have talents.

Oh, joy.
