refusing to serve someone for being part of a protected class (eg their race, nationality, gender, religion, and in some cases sexual orientation) and refusing to serve an individual for their behavior (eg being drunk, being a racist piece of shit).

I own a small business. I can't kick someone out for being white, or Christian, or black, or Japanese, for example. I can kick out any individual I want for other reasons.
