Is TV Too Gay? Bryan Fischer (American Family Association) Vs. Ray Hill (Gay Rights Activist)

Sorry for the source but the interview was on our local Fox News channel so it's our only source.

Not sure if this is on national Fox News or if this is just local because I'm in Houston and 26 is our local station and sometimes our local Fox Station doesn't tow the Foxnews line in their local reporting. Ray is a local treasure. He took a case to the Supreme Court and won. He is the reason you cannot be arrested just for cursing at the police.

Ray shared this on Facebook - his comment is "Good old fashioned shouting match on Fox News."

How do you come down on the question?
It seems important to you, since you posted this in at least three forums.

What's your opinion?

I am an old white married straight woman. But I lived in the Montrose in Houston for a while and have gay friends. I have another friend that has a saying I like. He says he is "straight but not narrow".

I have met Ray and like him. He had a show for many years on Pacifica Radio KPFT in Houston called The Prison Show. The Prison Show is still running but I think Ray has retired (not sure - he retired once but then I heard him on the radio but not sure if it was a different show as a guest or if he came out of retirement.)

Here is some information about Ray:

Ray Hill (born 1940) is an activist from Houston, Texas.[1] He has been an activist for LGBT issues, police and law enforcement issues, and prison issues. He is also the subject of multiple documentary films, and an ex-convict.[2][3]

We met when I was volunteering the phones on Dean Becker's show Cultural Baggage, another show at KPFT. From the website:

Cultural Baggage Radio Show

Cultural Baggage is DTN's longest running broadcast program with 17 years as of October 2018. We are proud to have more than three dozen affiliate stations in the US and Canada broadcasting our 29 minutes of unvarnished truth about the failure and futility of this eternal prohibition of drugs. Produced by former cop Dean Becker at KPFT, Houston, one of the 5 Pacifica "sister" stations.

Which brings up the question: Who are you having sex with and what's his name?

I know you've watched Glee.

Does anyone know where I can e-mail or direct message him?

I mean it always bothers me when some believe that watching a gay themed show is going to cause one to CONVERT to homosexuality.
