Aside form tormenting and emotionally torturing the parents, why would they WANT to have these children stay here??

I've been trying to figure it out and these people want ZERO immigrants, so why have they specifically developed a policy that effectively kidnaps them from their parents permanently? What do they intend to DO with these kids? Sell them? Traffic them? Is Betsy DeVos's various involved organizations making money off them?

And what about those babies we've never heard about? Are they being sold? Trafficked?

I'm serious. These actions make NO sense to me.

We do not do things this way in our country.

People can only be separated from their children by the government after having the opportunity to prove that they should not be separated.

Due process is the key.

That is what makes the situation of a mother separated from her children because she is imprisoned for a violation of the law after the opportunity to appear and be heard (the most essential elements of due process) and a mother who is separated from her children after being denied the opportunity to appear and be heard.

Trump does not understand the concept of due process. Does Jeff Sessions? How could he not understand it? It is the most important, most basic concept in our legal system and country.
