ingenious when faced with gut wrenching feelings regarding injustice. Hope protesters and first responders are all safe.

(1,633 posts)About the first responders time, manpower, and NY taxpayers money wasted to remove the protesters on a holiday. They also mention first responders missing a barbecue.
Turned to MSNBC, different perspective. Ali Velshi concerned about both parties safety, security, and the importance of why the protest (not dismissing the illegal act).
Earlier, on the History Channel, the Boston Tea Party... talk about history repeats itself.

(11,014 posts)Supposedly has "rise and resist" on a tee-shirt. Police have given water and something to eat. Earlier group arrested for protesting ICE. Don't know if this protester is part of that or not.
