So far, Jordan has insisted he knew nothing of the abuse. But there are now at least 5 people who have come forward to say Jordan DID know.
Now Jim is starting to sing a different tune. He is now going with the 'locker room' defense
Yeah, suuuuuuure ......

And just for bonus points, Jordan already has a backup excuse in case his first backup excuse doesn't work.
His backup backup is.. wait for it........ it's Rod Rosensteins fault!!! .............

Another very important point from a twitter commentor ....
As a state employee this man was a mandatory reporter in Ohio. If he heard whispers, or had a reasonable suspicion that abuse was occuring he was REQUIRED BY LAW to report it. It is not his job to verify, its his job to report and let the experts investigate.

(46,166 posts)... I had the thought that the reason he was so sure of himself was because he's been getting away with something for a long time. But who knew what that was. Then the molestation cover up stories came to light.
Not in my dreams did I wonder if he's also a molester. But it wouldn't surprise me. He's running scared with the Fox News rehabilitation interview. This story has legs. I'm staying tuned.

(764 posts)He was hunched over like the hunch back on notre dame! Jordan is a broken man. His sense of Trump fantasy has been pulled aside and replaced with a cold hard reality where he is probably not going to be able to go back to coaching wrestling when his gets kicked out of the congress. Remember how we treated Rosenstein this week? hehe

(51,432 posts)was finger printing, a TB test, and a credential to do CPR as well as a signed form from the school district that I would report any cases of possible child abuse and if I failed to do so it would be in violation of my teaching contract. I did have to report a few cases over the years...it took a ton of documentation and specialists to go through all the bureaucratic red tape but I did it.
If Jordan had 1/10th of the regulations to fulfill as an educator as I did, and he broke the rules he swore to uphold, than he broke the law. Period.

That's probably well after the occurrence of Jordan's accusers, isn't it?

(53,410 posts)were going to hear about this. These stories seem to come out in a set a pattern.
One person outs the perp
The perp acts all surprised and innocent and denies everything
Everyone thinks thats the end of it
Then a handful of people come out with the same allegations
The perp doubles down on the innocent act
The perp talks to a friendly reporter about it
Because the perp is lying he then slips up and starts to add stuff that means he was lying
The perp tries to diminish the activity, like it was really nothing
The public get involved and debate the hell out of it, taking sides along belief lines
Usually more accusers come forward, some because they get pissed off for being called liars
The perp then falls back on religion and says the Bible says its OK
The pressure from the media and the public get more intense
The perp drags his wife out to proclaim his innocence and her undying belief in the perp
All the time more and more people accuse the perp
The party leaders proclaim the perp is innocent, probably because theyre perps too
The perp quits to spend more time with his family.
