That was Queen Elizabeth, nee Bowes-Lyon, wife of Elizabeth II's father, King George VI. The current queen rules in her own right and is not called Queen Mum. She is the Queen. Period.

That aside, I can see a major incident ahead if Trump tries to prove that he is more important by doing something disrespectful toward her. I was thinking of this just last night. Remember when he shoved aside a European head-of-state to be at the front of the pack?

I fully expect him to do something inappropriate. Maybe not full on groping but certainly something he has been warned not to do. Like call her one of his famous nicknames. Or maybe crass like looking around at the place they meet as if critiquing the decor. But maybe the best would be one of his manly handshakes he likes to give.

If he meets the Queen Mum, no one would more surprised than the Queen Mum herself. THAT ought to grab headlines around the world.
