Red Hen Reopens to Fully Booked House Nearly Two Weeks After Booting Sarah Sanders

The restaurant that gained both internet notoriety and fame after booting White House press secretary Sarah Sanders has reopened.
Red Hen closed for nearly two weeks after the owner, who defended her actions, asked Sanders to leave the small farm-to-table restaurant in Lexington, Virginia after polling her staff to see if Sanders should remain.
The owners actions sparked protests and a national debate, even prompting President Donald Trump to
weigh in.
On the first night of business Thursday, the Red Hen accepted only reservations and had a
fully booked house.
A small group of protesters, however, remained.
Jeff Hulbert, Founder of the Patriot Picket
told a CNN affiliate that he traveled three hours because this is a very important place to be. Another protester, Paul Brockman told the CNN affiliate, Were here today because actions have consequences.
The reopening made news across the country, including in Phoenix where one newser on KSAZ-PHX, a Fox affiliate, remarked off-screen in response to the report of Red Hens reopening, Are they taking both Republicans and Democrats?
