Netflix is removing online reviews in August

You'll no longer be able to post written reviews as of July 30, and then in mid-August existing written reviews will be removed.

The current thumbs up or thumbs down system, which is completely independent from the written reviews, will remain after the changes.

This news comes at a time when Netflix is at its peak. This spring, the streaming service took the crown as the most valuable media company in the world and hit 125 million subscribers worldwide.

anyone they don't like. Or the slightest political content. The just keyboard diarrhea all over it. And you can tell lots of times they didn't even watch 5 minutes of it.

Sometimes the movie or series will look like it might be interesting but when you check the reviews and find most of them are 1 star and maybe it was a low budget slap-dash production it saves you from starting the awful thing and having to look around for something else.

Pay attention to movies you already like and check the ratings
You will find many personal favorites with very low scores
