So Trump wants a justice on the USSC who will interpret the Constitution as the

drafters "intended".

OK, here's my question. Trump obviously wants to pardon himself. Would an "Originalist" allow him to pardon himself because either:

A) This topic isn't in the Constitution, so it must be OK, or
B) The Drafters didn't forbid it specifically, so it must be OK.

Which one?
