No, it would be up to Trump to decide whether or not he would testify. Fifth amendment & all that.

(130,861 posts)1. It is up to Prosecutors to conduct Grand Jury proceedings,
and to decide whether or not trump would testify, whether what he might offer would be relevant to going forward with an indictment. Grand Jury members do ask questions of those before them, who have been selected by the Prosecutors.
