over the ultra wealthy DeVos family "adoption service" charging money to "foster" these immigrant children who have been taken away from their parents! Our taxpayer dollars at work! UGH! She needs to resign!!!!

3. This piece presents "news" out there and their investigation so far.

Roughly half is about the story going around the news and what is known about this operation and the DeVoses' connections.

About halfway down on my screen, Snopes starts discussing Bethany's responses to a list of questions Snopes provided.

Those answers that were returned tended to be vague or evasive, but it seems clear at this point that media and public attention have derailed any further plans for keeping these children from their famlies. At least as long as scrutiny continues, but private refugee and legal aid organizations should keep those involved scared and aware that they involved in something very evil and un-Christian.

We asked Bethany whether there was any provision in its contract with the government which would explicitly allow or prohibit it from making any of the separated children available for adoption, at a later date. The spokesperson did not answer that specific question, but did insist:

"These children will not be adopted. These children have families, and we will continue to pursue reunification with their families."

Not known what they'll be paid per day per head while that continues.

What happens when for whatever reason a child dies in their hands?

5. That's our tax dollars folks.

Bethany Christian Services is a non-profit who also runs an adoption agency. They don’t contribute to the tax revenue of this country, which means they don’t do a thing for the rest of the country. But our tax dollars help them because DeVos has given them a government contract to foster care forcibly separated immigrant children.
