Pruitt screws us one last time..............

Just to be sure he didn't leave the party he'd been kicked out of without pissing on the floor one last time, Scottie threw away another Obama EPA regulation regarding the use of old truck parts to avoid environmental regulations (old motors in new "cabs" don't need to meet new standards).
