Another MAGAt harassing POC

An obviously drunk and disorderly white man is harassing a woman for wearing a Puerto Rico shirt telling her she can't wear that in America.

The woman has paid for a permit to rent a picnic pavilion. Cop is standing by doing nothing.

That ICE agent stood there as the drunk, bitter creep was threatening this woman. He showed a clear bias and an unwillingness to uphold the law.
