1. That shtik has been tried before and it always loses in court.

In NJ, there was a guy who called himself the Pope of Pot. He lived in his father's house in an affluent community and called it The Pope's Palace. And of course, pot was the sacrament. (I still have the Tee with the leaves on front.)

The dude lost so many times in court that I lost count. He eventually ended up in jail and dying of liver cancer.

He also was known for his bicycle delivery service of pot in NYC (1-800-GOT-POTT).
