Just read story of 12 yr old boy delivering newspapers and white people called 911.

Yes, the little boy was black and it was his first day on the job. It's getting ridiculous. I think these are blatant racial calls and I think whoever wastes the time on these needless 911 calls should be fined. This was on rawstory.com.

They should be fined and forced to pay the costs of the police response.

Why? What was he doing wrong? Other than being black. Are people really that fucking threatened by a kid? This is just getting to a sick level and the people who disturb the police with this bullshit should have to pay for being a public nuisance. I just can't believe what is happening in this country.
