Now where, when, and how did the GRU members contact team Trump, the RNC, and Fox News?

And does this rule out the 400 lbs man on his bed in his mother's basement in N.J.?

During the 2016 campaign the RNC released anti Hillary talking points that were based
on information Russia got from hacking HRC and the DNC so I wonder if any of the
indicted Russians were part of that information chain?
