Timing of Russian indictments may be a reaction by Rosenstein and Mueller to the Trump/Putin meeting

...it's meant as a limiter, a temporary restraint, most likely born out of the same concern millions of Americans have as the president under investigation for colluding/conspiring with Russians in his election is on his way to a private summit with the perpetrator of those attacks on our nation.

Further, Rosenstein and Mueller are witness along with the rest of us as this compromised president flails out at allies, tearing at alliances as he ambles toward Russia. Timing the indictments announcement now is a hail mary, if deliberate, but it's absolutely necessary, short of laying out for the American public everything the SC has on the table right now. It would be a breach of their responsibility as agents of law to not try.

This thing could blow up even more as Trump lashes out and dissembles overseas. Watch him continuing the 'witch hunt' line, even though he was briefed on these indictments before he left for the trip. Watch him closely.

shortly after Trump's joint conference with Theresa May at which he was foaming at the mouth about the Mueller "witch hunt" being bad for our relationship with Russia.

Trump KNEW about the new indictments when he made those statements and when he also said he would "ask" Putin if he interfered with our elections. Why would Trump ***ASK***Putin when he knew Mueller had PROOF what Putin had done.

I think the timing of Rosenstein's announcement was NO coincidence.
