Mueller's July 13 response to Manafort's request for change of venue to Roanoke.

Just my opinion, but it's hard to see why Judge Ellis would go along with Manafort's request, especially after reading Mueller's response.

"In October 2017, a grand jury in the
District of Columbia returned an indictment that, as since superseded, charges Manafort with
conspiring to defraud and commit offenses against the United States, money laundering
conspiracy, violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, making false statements to the
government, and attempting to tamper with witnesses and conspiring to do the same."
