(40,199 posts)He does this over and over. Recall him ruminating about the size of his inaugural crowd in front of the wall memorializing fallen CIA agents. He is a vulgarian.

(32,610 posts)...but he insisted on coming anyway. Acted like a complete asshole, and insulted the hosts in so many ways.
Now that he's gone, they tell him what they really think. Does this surprise anybody?
COLGATE4
(14,732 posts)story of the G.I. at the end of WWII stationed in Poland who one day decided to visit Chopin's home. There he found a piano in the living room. Enthused, he sat down and began to hammer out "Chopsticks" when he noticed an elderly Polish guide looking at him. A little embarrassed, he told the guide "I guess that everyone who comes here to visit sits down and plays something?". The older gentleman quietly told him "Not exactly, Sir. Jan Paderewski (probably the most famous concert pianist in the world at that time) was here recently and was asked to play the Chopin piano. He refused, replying that he wasn't worthy to touch it".
