Trump could carry a thumb-drive of a multitude of classified documents in his pocket and deliver it in private during their meeting.

It will be in exchange for money (billions) for the Rosneft deal AND for a nice Trumpy-named hotel in Moscow. National Security concerns? Nah... That's for wimps, failures, and suckers. Trumpy is REALLY RICH.
