secret service prevents kushner from being served

@JillWineBanks is pointing out on @Lawrence that even Richard Nixon agreed to let his lawyers accept service for him during Watergate. Kushner has forced the DNC to spend time & money trying to serve him in NY, DC & even by registered mail for the last 3 months.

SS have told professional process servers that they will not allow them to serve it.

Jill Wine Banks said they had to use USPS to have it delivered with their other mail. She also said email can usually be used if federal marshalls are prevented from serving them court documents.

They should ask the judge to let them serve him by publication in newspapers and online media due to his blatant avoidance.

Wouldn't they need a signed delivery so he can't deny he received it? What happens if kushner isn't around when USPS delivers? It makes me think if it were this easy then the DNC would have tried it already instead of going to court.
