Evidently treason is a bridge too far.

The technician who came to upgrade our satellite television this morning volunteered that he was very upset about Trump’s performance in Helsinki and glad that he was no longer in uniform. We’re in a blue state so having someone share a enlightened opinion is not unexpected. After further conversation, he let on that he had bought into Trump’s fear of immigrants and had voted for him. It looks like Trump has finally crossed a line that that will cost him much of his base.

They're still 100% behind the traitor. I used to troll them regularly but can't anymore because they banned me from commenting on their boards. It was such fun while it lasted.

You did say blue state.

Here in Nebraska ( very red ) I haven’t heard any such flips from people. I think in Blue areas the message and condemnation penetrates better and the Trump voters in the minority get overwhelmed by others rightfully negative response.

So far from local trumpies I see on FB it’s a lot of the same stupid. Today’s favorite was the meme going around that showed Obama talking to Putin and the caption — Is This Treason?

Obama talking to Putin. Treason?

See that's just stupid. Are they all so brain damaged from their Husker football worship they don't understand that it's the content of what is said, or promised in a secret meeting, that might rise to the level of treason? It's not the talking by itself...it's what is said.

Dumb cornfuskers.

Montana I am not hearing much RW bluster all of a sudden. But I still see bumper stickers and militia garb.
