Once again the talking heads are blathering about the poll that shows 4 out of 5

Republicans approve of tRump's Helsinki summit performance. They never mention that with Independents, who are as big a block as either party, Trump is seriously underwater.

They want the argument to continue and always do this when it seems like someone- especially liberals- are going to conclusively "win" an important question. I remember them pulling this stuff during the Chimpy years, around the Iraq war, all the time- deliberately ignoring knock-out stories, making inane points and memes to distract, etc.

disapproval is high. 20% of GOPers disapprove, add that to Indies and Dems and what do you have, majority disapproval of shithole. GOP congresscritters I believe know the numbers and it ain't in their favor. Especially in districts with fair amount of Indies and Dems.

20 something perent of voters ? Something low anyway. This is good news in total. Means it made a dent in the real crazies. Let them look stupid
