There is ship tracking software (for airplanes as well,) that shows when/where most big assets like this go. Since dt has been in office, there have been flights to airports near Bedminster and Mara lago, and ships(yatchs) of russian registration docking in most big ports in Florida/ New York NJ. Often when he's there. He has access to russian handlers at both places. He just has to be stopped. Too many avenues to co-ordinate efforts beyond a 2 hour meeting.
