Is He Trying To Destroy the American Ecomomy?

This morning I was watching the news and I saw a snippet discussing the affect more tariffs could have on the auto industry. Upon seeing the damage that could be done to the auto industry and the economy by more tariffs I began to wonder if that is Trump's goal. Is Donald Trump trying to destroy the American economy. Why promote policies when you are being told those policies will destroy jobs and industries? What if that is the main reason Vladimir Putin wanted Donald Trump in office? What if Putin wanted Trump in office because he knew that either he could force Trump to destroy the American economy because he has damaging information on Trump, or that Trump would destroy the economy through his incompetence?

Whether that's because Putin has incriminating information on him or because of sheer incompetence, I can't say for sure.

Message board, someone connected a lot of dots with all of this, the actually had some logic to it. That he was setting up a battle to try to take down the Fed. It's insane, but the only description of what he's done to this point that seem to have any road map to it. That I've seen anyways.

And if he can convince Trump that doing such and such is a good idea, then Trump will do his bidding on something that's NOT a good idea for the economy.

Let's be clear: Trump has NO independent domestic or foreign policy agenda or ideas. Anything that comes out of his mouth that suggests otherwise has been put in his head by someone else.

and of course his relentless vendetta against Obama for roasting him. He couldn’t give a crap for American citizens, well being or status in the world. It is only about $ in his pocket or the pocket of people he can use for business purposes.

Putin has something on his skanky ass and also wants to use him to destroy America’s economy.

...even if he's removed from office, its going to take a generation to undo the damage he's done. He's left us damaged and put into a position where we have to claw back up the hill. Our standard of living will drop as will our currency. The beneficiaries? Well obviously Russia and China, but also the EU, G20 nations, etc.

If things continue, it may be possible that we never return to economic dominance. We'll be an economic power, just can't throw any weight around.

That Trump is just a blockhead that can’t admit he’s wrong and he never though that if we imposed tariffs, they would do it back to us. I think he’s so dumb he really didn’t have a plan for that.

That adds up to several thousand dollars, making the cost out of the range of many. Intentional or just stupidity, hurting the economy will clearly be the result.
