And so far, Michael Avenatti seems to have beaucoup de credibility. More of it in his pinkie fingernail that donald trump can summon up for himself and his whole detestable family.

I agree with Rachel Maddow that only Cohen and his team or Trump and *his* team could be releasing stories about these tapes, which were marked "privileged" and so would have had to go through another round of vetting. I think that Trump would not want news of these tapes to be a bombshell during the trial. Trump has (correctly, I think) decided that there's little that his supporters won't accept, if it's doled out slowly.
