Make our farmers great again. Thats whats happening, Trump said on Monday as he waved around a green hat bearing the campaign-esque slogan. (Incidentally, as many on Twitter have pointed out, in China a green hat is a symbol of a cuckhold, a screw-up that somehow feels so right for this administration.)
