Separating children from parents, is the meanest, most vicious thing one could do.
When a couple decide to have and raise "children" it is the most important decision they make. Weather it is by adoption or birth, that decision to care for and raise another person is a life long decision. People never stop caring for their "families." This is not new. We care about our "families" in ways that are indescribable. This is a deep feeling that stays with us forever. It is part of "us." Our family is who we are. As you read these words, do you remember your mother and father?
When someone decides to purposely separate children from parents that person is doing something incredibly mean and vicious. I have heard a "sound bite" that has Trump yelling words like, "If you don't want to be separated, come to this country legally." Trump is ordering people to stop wanting to come here, so he can act like a big shot "boss" who is in charge. That sound bite is what this is about. Why? If Trump separates children from parents, it is a decision that he thinks will make him "famous" and put him "above" other presidents. It will stop illegal immigration forever. Trump will have "solved the problem."
This decision has hurt people in ways that no one can describe. Trump knows this, and that is why this was done. This is a calculated and vicious decision to "solve a problem." that is not a problem. Why do people want to come to the United States to raise their families? This country has a reputation that is "kind, and generous, and known for "opportunity and education." That is why my grandparents came here in 1910. That is why people want to come here in 2018.
Trump wants to destroy this for a "sound bite" and to look like a "problem solver." He wants to destroy the essence of what this country stands for. He is no "problem solver." He wants to kill the "American Dream". That is who Trump is, and that is who he will always be known for. Someone who ordered children to be taken away from their parents.
