Did you see the tape where donnie is ducking and dodging behind people, scurrying like a rat, totally terrified when someone called out that a person at his rally had a gun? I think that's what pootie has over him, the knowledge and number to back up the fact that HRC actually did win the election. He is obsessed with not being found out, so he's all buggy about the Russia collusion and that he lost but the election was rigged for him.
