Are the trumps tweets from the white house considered campaigning?

The ones this a.m. sure look like it to me. IIRC that's illegal.

And the realDonald account should be for campaign use - just like last election.

So - in that case - if they are electioneering - he's using the right account.

But - sounds like a real issue.

because regardless of who it is, it is considered that politics and campaigning are part of the job.
