Not the minus sign as listed on Harwood, it makes it look like Obama suffered a loss. But it was an increase (growth) not a decrease (loss).

... the (*) is nondescript... without the negative connotation (-)of the minus sign... but still I prefer the (+)... it is positive... and eliminates any possible misunderstanding or ambiguity.

When dealing with smarmy idiots like the trDumpetts it is a good policy to make everything spelled out clearly so they do not negative spin a new reality that advances their agenda.
