Stormy's case is proceeding but my take is that she has a much larger agenda: tRump and his goons threatened her and she wants to take him down. She said it herself, on SNL, "Resign." It wasn't a joke imo.

I believe that's her goal and she found the right attorney.

and the Judge is doing his best to keep it moving.
