I especially liked the way he tied into both current events and long past history.

Mr. Femmedem and I tried to see it last night and it was sold out, which made me proud of my community. Got our tickets online for tonight.

I play therefore I use it as my sig line. I have thought about a tatoo of it too, a small one. I find it very attractive.

I remember about that time wondering about whites having all the good jobs, and segregation. I remember, as a child, wondering how blacks felt about that. I remember thinking that whites having the good jobs is not right. Then I concluded that blacks must be okay with it, or they'd say something. (the innocent thinking of a child)

I still remember, all these years later, pondering that.

I was in the deep south. My mother didn't watch the news, so even if protests were shown on tv, I wouldn't have seen that. There certainly were no local protests.

I have been looking for a good film to watch in the theaters and haven't really been too tempted. However, I am looking forward to watching this one.
